Spinach and paneer koftas with sweet tomato sauce

Spinach and paneer koftas with sweet tomato sauce

A wonderfully comforting North Indian vego dish of fluffy spinach and paneer koftas in a sweetly spiced tomato sauce. Swirl on some yoghurt and herbs and mop the sauce up with roti for an easy, complete dinner or go all-out with a spread of curries, dahl and coconut rice to feed a flexitarian crowd.

To Serve

Serve with a swirl of yoghurt and a handful of coriander leaves, over rice or not as appetites demand, with some flat bread like roti or naan to scoop up the koftas and sauce. Or pair the koftas with any Indian curry, dahl and coconut rice, with chutneys and pickles on the side, for a colourful, festive feast for a crowd.

    Tasty and Light

So easy to heat up, goes really well with rice. Really tasty, but not too heavy.

Family Favourite Curry, even for the meat eaters!

Both my vegetarian and meat eating daughters love this one, so wholesome and creamy, great with rice or buttered mash!

    Cozy, Tasty, Veggie Goodness

These were super tasty. The koftas were soft and had a nice flavour from the spinach and paneer. The sweet tomato sauce was the best part—really rich and went perfectly with the koftas. Comfort food vibes for sure. Would definitely eat again.

    Tasty veggie option

Something a bit different. Pretty good sized portion. I served with rice, green beans and pappadums
